Shamara Williams

Shamara Williams is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and creative direction. Currently serving as Head of Department and previously as Operations Manager at itelCX since November 2014, Shamara has developed extensive expertise in management and operations. In addition, Shamara founded Virginia's Crafts and Gifts Solutions in May 2017, taking on the role of Creative Director. Prior experience includes roles at TBC Radio 88.5 FM as Producer, News Anchor, and Editor, as well as Sales, Marketing, and PR at Caribbean Motors Jamaica. Shamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Arts and Technology from the University of Technology, Jamaica, completed in 2014.
