Nikola Schauties

Nikola Schauties is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the automotive sector, currently working at itemis since June 2023. Prior to this role, Nikola served as a Senior Project Manager at Cerence Inc. from April 2019 to May 2023, overseeing the speech system for a major automotive client while managing a globally connected team to ensure project delivery within budget and on time. Nikola also held positions at eXXcellent solutions from June 2012 to March 2019, including Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed business architecture, sub-project management, and coaching, as well as earlier experience as a Software Engineer.
