Dave Steele

Dave Steele has a diverse work experience. Dave worked at Itential as a Senior UX/UI Designer, UX Researcher, Front End Developer, and Design System Lead, where they contributed to the design and development of multiple client-facing web pages and data-driven web applications. Dave also played a role in creating and maintaining a design system and styleguide of 75+ components. Currently, Dave is the Production Technical Director at Bedrock Lynchburg. In the past, they worked as a Freelance Designer and also at Liberty University as a Designer, Art Director, and Marketing & Advertising Specialist. At Liberty University, they created a marketing team, led advertising campaigns, and implemented video-driven social media initiatives that significantly increased online audience and conversion rates.

Dave Steele received their Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from Liberty University in 2011. Dave then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Executive Leadership at Liberty University from 2013 to 2015.
