Gilles Castaigne

Gilles Castaigne has worked at two companies in their career. Gilles started at EY in 2014 as a Senior Auditor, a role they held until 2018. From 2018 onwards, they joined iTeos Therapeutics, where they held multiple positions. Gilles started as a Financial Controller, responsible for various finance functions and successfully relocating the company to the US. In 2020, they temporarily assumed the role of Associate Director, Finance and was part of the Executive Committee, partnering with the CEO and COO. In 2021, they became the Director of Strategic Alliances, continuing to lead the FP&A function and supporting the CFO in building the finance organization.

Gilles Castaigne has an extensive education history. Gilles started by obtaining a high school diploma from Collège du Sacré-Cœur in 2008. In 2009, they completed their senior year and obtained a diploma from Altavista High School in Virginia. Later, from 2009 to 2014, Gilles pursued a Master of Business Engineering degree with a specialization in Finance, General at Université catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve. In 2013-2014, they also completed a Master's degree in Finance, General at Universidade do Porto. Currently, Gilles is an Executive MBA candidate at Louvain School of Management, studying Administration et gestion des affaires, général.
