Lucas Chaible

Lucas Chaible is a Senior Scientist at iTeos Therapeutics since April 2019, having previously served as a Research Scientist. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Scientist role at EMBL from May 2016 to April 2019, focusing on organoid systems to study cell polarity in breast cancer. Lucas Chaible's research expertise encompasses breast cancer, genome editing, CRISPR-Cas9, and various cell culture techniques. Prior to EMBL, experience at Universidade de São Paulo included roles as Postdoctoral Scientist, PhD Student, Master’s Student, and Undergraduate Student Researcher, with projects spanning lung cancer, gene expression, and cell communication. Educational credentials include a PhD in Biotechnology (Animal Transgenesis), a Master in Science (Animal Pathology), a Specialist in Embryology and Stem Cells, and a degree in Animal Science (Genetics and Molecular Biology) from USP.
