Isabella Fernandez

Isabella Fernandez is currently working as an Asset Manager at INC Real Estate, where she evaluates and analyzes investment properties, negotiates and acquires investment properties, and works with investor clients through the "flip" or "buy & hold" process. Prior to this role, she held positions such as Director Of Business Development at iTEP International, Communications and Outreach Manager at Meten International Education Group, and Public Affairs Specialist Intern at the U.S. Embassy and Consulates. Isabella also has experience as an ESL Teacher, specializing in teaching English to non-native speakers in kindergarten and elementary classes. She holds a Master's Degree in International Development/Global Studies from Concordia University Irvine, a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Menendez-Pelayo Universidad.
