Charles Chu began their work experience in 1997 as Vice President at Grace Electron Corp. (Guangzhou), where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined ITEQ Dongguan as Executive Vice President, and later became President in 2015.
Charles Chu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from National Cheng Kung University, where they attended from 1982 to 1985. Prior to that, they studied Industrial Management Science at NCKU from 1970 to 1974, although they did not earn a degree during that time.
