Guillaume Frentz

Guillaume Frentz is an experienced HR Officer at ITER Organization since August 2013, specializing in employee and labor relations with a focus on legal expertise and the implementation of HR policies. Prior to this role, Guillaume contributed to the National Management Institute of Egypt as a Chargé de mission, enhancing training partnerships and international cooperation. Similar responsibilities were undertaken at the Institut français d'Égypte, where administrative cooperation and multilateral coordination were key functions. Earlier experiences include positions as a legal consultant for OECD and The World Bank, analyzing pension systems and HR legal affairs. Guillaume's career began with an internship at ITER Organization and a trainee position at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs focused on legal frameworks for emergency operations. Academically, Guillaume holds a Master's in Public Affairs from Sciences Po and a Master's in International Administration from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, complemented by an Agrégation in Law, Economics, and Management from École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay.
