James Fernandes

James Fernandes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR digitization and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at ITER Organization since January 2022, James is responsible for the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors, utilizing skills in Agile project management and HR analytics. Previously, as Manager of HR Digitization at L&T Technology Services Limited, James successfully implemented the SAP SuccessFactors Suite across over 30 countries, focusing on key modules including Recruitment Management and Workforce Analytics. James's career began as a Functional Consultant at Neterson Technologies and as an HR Assistant at Times Television Network, providing a solid foundation in HR processes and software requirement analysis.
