Alvaro Franco

Alvaro Franco has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and telecommunications. Alvaro has worked as a Cloud Solutions Architect at Itera Process Consulting e IT Institute since 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Informatics and Telecommunications at Universidad de Occidente from 2011 to 2017, where they designed rules and procedures for IT services and developed strategies for incorporating new technologies. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Telecommunications Manager at Centro de Soluciones en Informática México, where they reorganized the department and designed telecommunications solutions. Before that, they held the position of Telecomunications Manager at Impulse Telecom Queretaro from 2007 to 2008, implementing new voice technologies. Alvaro also worked at Unefon as a Regional Infrastructure, Operations, and Maintenance Manager from 2005 to 2007, overseeing the design of the organizational structure and recruitment of technical staff.
