Claudia García

Claudia García has a diverse work experience. Claudia is currently a Service Manager at Grupo GFT since March 2023. Previously, they worked at Itera Process Consulting e IT Institute where they held the positions of Cloud Service Manager and Project Manager/Arquitecto de Soluciones. At BBVA Bancomer, they worked as a Project Manager and as a Developer in JAVA. Claudia also worked at HSBC as a Senior JAVA Analyst Developer and as a Junior JAVA Analyst Developer. Earlier in their career, they worked at the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social as an Analyst Developer in JAVA, and at CINVESTAV-IPN Unidad Zacatengo and Centro de Investigación en Computación CIC - IPN as an Investigator.

Claudia García's education history is as follows:

Claudia obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Centro de Investigación y de Estudios Avanzados del IPN, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Claudia later pursued a Diploma in Information Security at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, specializing in computer and system security, from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Systems at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional's ESCOM, Escuela Superior de Cómputo, from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Claudia has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they earned the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Operation from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Claudia also obtained the Cloud Essentials certification from CompTIA and the Professional Cloud Service Manager certification from the Cloud Credential Council.

Further certifications include AWS Essentials and Architecting on AWS, both obtained from Itera Process Consulting e IT Institute in 2017. Claudia is also an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, certified by Amazon Web Services in July 2020. Additionally, they hold other certifications such as Scrum Developer from Scrum.org, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), Six Sigma Yellow Belt from VMEdu Inc.
