Veronica Herrera

Veronica Herrera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Veronica started their career as an Operador Mesa de Servicio at Operadora Romano (ILUSION) in 2005, where they provided technical support, managed inventory, and performed maintenance on equipment. Veronica then moved on to Opinio Juris S.C as a Sistemas specialist from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined BENQ as an Operador Mesa de Ayuda Ameica Latina. Veronica worked as a Coordinadora Administrativa at Hydrotecnología y Soluciones from 2013 to 2014. Veronica then transitioned to Itera Process Consulting e IT Institute as an Analista de Soporte de TI from 2014 to 2016, followed by a role as a Process Consultant/SAT from 2016 to 2017. Veronica returned to Hydrotecnología y Soluciones as a Coordinador Mesa de Ayuda in 2012. Veronica worked as an Auditor de Calidad/ISSSTE from 2017 to 2018 and then took on the role of Project Manager/IMSS from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they work as a Scrum Master – IMSS (Arquitectura) and Cloud Consultant at Itera Process Consulting e IT Institute, starting in 2019.

Veronica Herrera obtained an Engineer's Degree in Lic. Informatica Administrativa from Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Cuautitlan Izcalli (TES-CI) between the years 2000 and 2005.

In addition, Veronica has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate (SPOPC) from CertiProf in January 2021, the ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in July 2019, the Green Belt from 6Sigma Services in October 2018, the Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6Sigma Services in July 2018, the Profesional Cloud Administrator from the Cloud Credential Council in November 2017, the Scrum Master certification in February 2017, the ITIL certification from PEOPLECERT in June 2015, Prometric certification from TCA in April 2015, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certificate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certificates from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2021 and January 2020 respectively.
