Mette Mowinckel currently serves as HR-direktør at Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE since March 2020, bringing extensive experience in human resources from previous roles at Capgemini Norge AS, EVRY Norge, ErgoGroup, Egroup AS, Cinet AS, and Storebrand. Mette has held senior HR positions for various organizations, providing strategic guidance and support across multiple HR domains. Notably, Mette played a key role in establishing Egroup ASA's HR functions and strategy. Educational achievements include studies in psychology at the University of Oslo and a degree in business economics from BI, further complemented by qualifications from the University of South-Eastern Norway and Lillehammer Videregående skole.
