Nataliya H. has extensive work experience in program and project management, agile coaching, and business development. Nataliya has worked in various industries including IT outsourcing, fintech, e-commerce, and travel.

At Itera, they currently hold the position of Senior Program Manager and Lead Delivery Manager.

Prior to that, at Ciklum, Nataliya was a Senior Program Manager and Service Lead Delivery Manager. Nataliya was involved in digital services delivery management, portfolio management, program delivery governance setup, talent acquisition and management, and business development. Nataliya worked on projects in the domains of fintech, banking, telecom, IoT, e-commerce, and retail.

Before joining Ciklum, they worked at HYS Enterprise as a Program/Project Manager, Agile Coach, and Consultant. Nataliya'sresponsibilities included service delivery management, program management, project portfolio management, human resource management for software engineers, and agile coaching.

Nataliya also worked as a Project Manager at ZONE3000 and PARTS iD Inc, where they were involved in web project management, agile transformation, and agile coaching.

Additionally, they have experience in sales and business development from their time at 8GEN SAN., where they were a Project Manager and Sales Representative, and from their role as CEO and Co-Founder of Travel Company Trinity Tour LLC and Travel Agency RMT S.R.O.

Nataliya'searly career included positions at Poltava Branch of NJSC NAFTOGAZ of Ukraine as Head of Tender department and Economist in the Financial Department and Planning and Economics Department. Nataliya also worked as Overseas Operations Deputy Director at Trade House GRL, LLC.

Nataliya H. has an extensive education history spanning multiple fields and areas of study. Nataliya'seducational journey began in 1995 when they attended the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" and obtained a Master's degree in Business Economics, which they completed in 2000. Nataliya continued their education in 2001 at the Ukrainian Academy Of Banking Of The National Bank Of Ukraine, where they pursued a Post Grad degree in Banking, completing it in 2002.

In 2006, Nataliya pursued another Post Grad degree in Management in the Travel Industry from the Institute of Tourism in Kiev, Ukraine. Nataliya then further expanded their knowledge by completing an IT Project Management course from the IT Project Management School in Kharkiv, Ukraine in 2014. That same year, they also completed an online course on Software Testing Basics from QATestLab.

In 2017, Nataliya gained certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) after completing a course from Scrum Alliance/Scrum Guides. Nataliya furthered their expertise in facilitation and modern group work methods through a training program with Trainer N.Karpova in 2018. Nataliya also completed an offline course on project management of Fixed price projects from E-5/Improve yourself continuously in 2019.

In 2019, they also pursued a course on SAFe (4.6) Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile Inc., followed by an offline Certification class at TenStep Academy in 2020 to prepare for their PMP Certification.

Most recently, in 2021, Nataliya obtained a Certificate in the course titled Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online. Nataliya also received training in Kanban Management Professional from Kanban University.
