Tetyana Ponomarenko

Tetyana Ponomarenko has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the fields of human resources, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. Tetyana started their career at Mars in 2008 as a Trainee in the Commercial Department. Tetyana later moved on to SC adidas-group in 2009, where they worked as an HR trainee. Tetyana then joined Red Bull LLC as a Commercial Department Assistant from 2009 to 2011. Tetyana continued to develop their skills in the compensation and benefits field, working as a Compensation&Benefits Trainee and later as a Compensation&Benefits Assistant at Kraft Foods Ukraine from 2011 to 2013. Tetyana then transitioned to Mondelēz International, where they worked as a Junior Compensation&Benefits Specialist and later as a Learning and Development Specialist from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Tetyana pursued freelance work as a Learning and Development Expert before joining Itera in 2017. At Itera, they started as an HR Specialist and progressed to HR Generalist and then Human Resources Manager. Currently, Tetyana holds the position of Head of People Office for Ukraine and Poland at Itera.

Tetyana Ponomarenko enrolled in the Kyiv National Economics University from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a Master's degree.
