Angela Hicks is a skilled educational leader with extensive experience in instructional design and training. Currently serving as Technical Enablement Manager at Iterable since May 2025, Angela leads the strategy for technical product releases and training programs. Previously, as Director of Education and Training at TapClicks, Angela aligned educational initiatives with business goals while managing the development of scalable programs. Angela's background includes roles at Linkage, Inc., HubSpot, and Apple, where a strong focus on curriculum development and cross-functional collaboration has been a hallmark. Angela holds an MA in Advertising and Public Relations from The University of Alabama and a BFA in Art from the University of Montevallo.
