Justin Leblanc

Justin LeBlanc currently serves as the Senior Director of Messaging and Customer Retention at Priceline, where responsibilities include driving substantial growth in direct channels, defining customer retention KPIs, strategic ownership of the VIP loyalty program, and collaborating with Product and Data teams to enhance the customer retention roadmap. Previously, Justin held several positions within Priceline, including Senior Director of Marketing Messaging, where duties involved optimizing personalized communications and managing a significant team and budget. Additionally, Justin has experience in design and web solutions from earlier roles, including a position as a Designer at Web Solutions and as a Customer Advisory Board Member at Iterable. Justin earned a BA in Interactive Digital Design and Music from Quinnipiac University and has pursued further education at Harvard Business School Online.
