Kathrin Dimai

Kathrin Dimai is a service designer and UX researcher with a focus on creating valuable and sustainable service and product offerings. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Iterable and a Service Design Consultant at Scope Impact, Kathrin engages in user-centric methodologies to meet emerging needs. They have previously contributed to notable organizations including Impossible, Roche, and Fjord, where they led design initiatives that spanned various industries. Kathrin also served as a Visiting Lecturer in Service Design at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, sharing their expertise with postgraduate students. Their academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Design and a Master’s degree in Product Service System Design.
