Bowen Yang Pe

Bowen Yang, PE has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bowen is currently employed as a Senior Engineer at Iteris, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to this, from December 2019 to November 2021, they worked as a Civil Engineer at Michael Baker International, where they also served as a Technical Specialist - Traffic from March 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining Michael Baker International, Bowen worked at Iteris, Inc. as an Associate Transportation Engineer from February 2017 to March 2019. Bowen also gained experience as an Engineer I at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff from January 2014 to February 2017.

In addition to their engineering positions, Bowen worked as a Lecturer - AutoCAD Instructor at Cal Poly Pomona from September 2013 to April 2015. Bowen started their engineering career as an Intern I at Heery-Parsons Brinckerhoff from January 2014 to October 2014.

Prior to their engineering career, Bowen worked as an Assistant Manager at Pacgran, Inc from October 2011 to August 2013. Through these experiences, Bowen has developed a strong background in engineering and project management.

Bowen Yang, PE, holds a Master's Degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering, which they obtained from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Bowen completed their master's degree program from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Bowen received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from the same university, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Bowen Yang has earned certifications as a Professional Engineer (PE) and an Engineer in Training. These certifications were obtained from the California Department of Consumer Affairs - Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists, with the Engineer in Training certification being acquired in January 2013 and the Professional Engineer (PE) certification being obtained in November 2020.
