Joshua McNeill P.e., T.e.

Joshua McNeill, P.E., T.E. has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Joshua started their career in 2007 at Michael Baker International as a Design Engineer, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Iteris, Inc. as a Senior Transportation Engineer and was later promoted to the role of Principal Engineer in 2020.

Joshua McNeill, P.E., T.E. completed their undergraduate education and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued further studies in Civil Engineering and Transportation Studies, earning a Master of Science degree from UC Irvine between 2009 and 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Joshua McNeill has obtained several certifications related to their field. These include being a Professional Engineer (PE) certified by the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists, a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certified by the Transportation Professional Certification Board Inc., and a Traffic Engineer certified by the California Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
