Steve Gaddy Cspo

Steve Gaddy's work experience begins in 1998 when they worked as a Meteorologist at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. During their time there, they were responsible for overseeing operations, diagnosing technical issues, and conducting research to improve meteorological algorithms in the air traffic system. In 2001, Steve joined Meridian Environmental Technology, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, where they provided project management and training for various contract activities. Additionally, they conducted research and marketing for B2B services and new clients in the Eastern Time Zone. In 2010, Steve moved to MDA Information Systems LLC, where they held the position of Meteorological Data Manager and Weather Product Manager. Steve'srole involved leadership in weather data acquisition and sales, as well as providing customer services for industries such as finance, agriculture, energy, and insurance. Steve's most recent work experience is with Iteris, Inc., where they have been a Senior Manager since 2013. Steve is currently involved in project management for the Transportation Analytics segment and is responsible for providing software and consulting solutions.

Steve Gaddy, CSPO has a B.S. in Meteorology with a minor in Computer Science from Penn State University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Steve further pursued their education at the University of Oklahoma, where they earned an M.S. in Meteorology from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their academic achievements, Steve Gaddy also holds certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2017, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in June 2011.
