Amanda R. is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the BPO and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Compliance and Security Auditor and Sales and Marketing Specialist at Iterum Connections since May 2022, Amanda has also held positions such as Brand Advocate at HGS from April 2020 to June 2022 and Customer Service Consultant at Sutherland from August 2019 to January 2020.
