Nick Shonts has a strong background in digital transformation, solution consulting, business development, project management, and marketing. Nick is currently working as the Head of Digital Transformation at Itexus, where they specialize in developing web and mobile applications, complex enterprise solutions, and providing development teams as a service. Prior to this, they held various positions such as Chief Executive Officer at YETik, Solution Consulting & Business Development at Itransition Group, Project Manager at Done.pro, and Marketing Manager at Alutech. Nick has a broad range of experience in the tech industry and has demonstrated expertise in FinTech, Insurtech, and Healthtech.

From 2016 to 2020, Nick Shonts attended Belarusian State Technological University. During this time, they studied International Management but it is not specified if they obtained a degree.
