Olga Degtyareva

Olga Degtyareva has a diverse work experience in various industries. Olga started their career in 2020 as a Customer Support Specialist at Yandex Go, where they provided technical support and implemented monetary compensation resolutions. Later in 2020, they joined Alfa-Bank (Belarus) as a Customer Support Specialist, where they advised clients, provided technical support, and processed a high volume of chats per day. In 2021, Olga joined Itexus as an IT recruiter, responsible for hiring developers and other professionals. Olga was then promoted to Recruitment Team Lead, where they played a leadership role, fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.

Olga Degtyareva obtained a Bachelor's degree in World history and history of Belarus from Francysk Skaryna Gomel State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in HR-Marketing from Laba in February 2022 and IT Recruiter from Школа Ширкиной in February 2021.
