Agata Szwanke has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Agata is currently working as a Senior IT Recruiter/ Team Leader at ITFS Sp. z o.o. since May 2023. Before that, they were an IT Recruiter at Recbold from September 2022 to May 2023. Prior to Recbold, they worked as an IT Recruiter at Team Up IT Recruitment from April 2021 to August 2022. Agata also has experience in recruitment at "We Can Do IT" where they held the positions of Recruitment Specialist from September 2019 to April 2021 and Recruitment Assistant from July 2019 to September 2019. Additionally, Agata worked as a Child Psychologist at Przedszkole nr 8 w Sopocie from December 2018 to June 2019, and as a First Contact Specialist and Administrative Staff Member at Zespół Placówek Specjalistycznych from November 2017 to February 2019.
Agata Szwanke earned their Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Gdansk from 2014 to 2019.
