Marta Grochowska

Marta Grochowska has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Marta started their career at GMO as a Consultant in 2010. Marta then worked as a Qualitative Researcher at Synovate from 2011 to 2011. After that, they joined GoWork.pl as a Trainee in 2012.

In 2014, Marta worked as a Recruitment Assistant at CodiLime. Marta then joined Randstad as a Consultant/IT Talent Hunter in 2015. In the same year, they also worked at 4GROW as a Copywriter.

From 2016 to 2017, Marta worked at Experis Poland as an IT Consultant. Marta later became an IT Recruitment Team Leader at the same company from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Team Manager at Experis Poland.

In 2021, they joined Link Group as a Team Leader, where they worked until 2022. Marta then became a Business Manager at the same company for a brief period.

In 2022, Marta joined Next Technology Professionals - IT Recruitment | IT Outsourcing as a Senior Business Consultant. Marta provided comprehensive support in the recruitment process and offered services such as IT Outsourcing and Executive Search.

Currently, Marta is working at ITFS Sp. z o.o. as a Senior Key Account Manager.

Marta Grochowska completed their Master's degree in Sociology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences from 2009 to 2014.
