Deonna Chambers

Deonna Chambers, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. Deonna currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources, Talent, Diversity and Inclusion at ITG Brands, where they oversee strategic planning and management of various departments. Deonna'sresponsibilities include talent management, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, internal communications, and learning and development. Deonna has also successfully implemented a talent management strategy and process, redefined the organizational recruitment model, and led a high-volume sales transformation. Prior to their current role, Deonna worked as a Senior Managing Partner- Human Resources at E. & J. Gallo Winery, and held various roles at MillerCoors, including Managing Business Partner, Sr. HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition. Deonna began their career as a Human Resources Manager at FH&C in 2005. Deonna's work experience spans diverse industries and demonstrates their expertise in strategic HR management and development.

Deonna Chambers, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cardinal Stritch University. Deonna also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with a focus on Marketing from Howard University. Deonna has further education in Project Management from Cardinal Stritch University and Management and Leadership Training from Marquette University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications such as SHRM-CP from SHRM and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
