Eduardo Cuevas

Eduardo Cuevas has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at ITG Communication, LLC since July 2021. Prior to this role, Eduardo worked at Comcast Cable for nearly two decades, ascending through positions from Technician to Technical Operations Supervisor and eventually becoming Manager of Technical Operations. In this capacity, Eduardo oversaw daily operations for 80 employees and managed service for 85,000 customers, focusing on mentoring and developing front-line leaders. Possessing strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, Eduardo excels in providing first-call resolution and handling pressure effectively. Eduardo holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Criminal Justice from Miami Dade College, earned between 2010 and 2012.
