Jim Manzer

Jim Manzer, P.E., PTOE, currently serves as the ESS Quality Control Manager at ITG Communications, LLC, with prior experience as the Quality Control Manager in Engineering Shared Services at Tilson and as President of TEMSCO, P.C. In addition to this, Jim is a School Board Member for Maine School Administrative District #15, contributing to facilities and curriculum committees. Jim's civil engineering expertise spans various roles, including Civil/Transportation Engineer at Sevee & Maher Engineers, Inc. and Senior Project Engineer at John Turner Consulting, Inc., where responsibilities included roadway design, construction inspection, and utility projects. Jim's educational background includes multiple degrees from the University of Maine, encompassing MBA, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, and ongoing studies in Surveying Engineering Technology, alongside an advanced certificate in Renewable Energy Management.
