Ahmad Bzour , PMP®

Ahmad Bzour has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Ahmad began their career in 2006 as a Senior Interconnect Specialist at Hulul, where they were responsible for the mediation process, coordination with switch teams, generating reports, and analyzing traffic discrepancies.

In 2015, Ahmad joined Paltel as a Senior Billing Specialist, working with the fixed-lines billing team. Their tasks included configuring new services and promotions, creating PL/SQL queries and functions, and ensuring data synchronization between the billing system and CRM system.

From 2016 to 2020, Ahmad worked at Alkhalej Exchange Company as an Information Technology Manager. In this role, they were accountable for the smooth running of computer systems, managing IT staff, designing and implementing systems and procedures, ensuring data security, and contributing to organizational policies.

Currently, Ahmad is employed as a Software Engineer at ITG Software, Inc. with a start date in 2021.

Ahmad Bzour, PMP®, holds a Master's degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from Arab American University, which they obtained in 2021. Ahmad also earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology from the same university between 2002 and 2006. Before pursuing higher education, Ahmad completed their high school education at Jenin High School from 2000 to 2002. In addition, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2021.
