Ana Hristovska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior QA Analyst at Cognism since July 2019, Ana has progressed through various roles, starting as a Data Entry Operator and a Junior QA Analyst. Previous experience includes working as an Assistant Manager/Front Desk Agent at Mola Hotel and as an Audit Junior at BiLj Boro i Ljupco Audit. Ana also gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry at The Phoenicia Malta, where roles included Reservation Agent and Housekeeping Supervisor, as well as a Banquet Server at The Ocean House.
