Johanna Häusler

Johanna H. is currently serving as a Program Application Manager and Human Factors Engineer at Fresenius Medical Care, a position held since June 2022, following a role at Xenios AG from November 2019 to May 2022. With a strong background in usability and human factors engineering for medical devices, Johanna contributed to significant projects at RWTH Aachen's Helmholtz Institute, focusing on usability and risk engineering. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Medical Technology from RWTH Aachen University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, where master’s thesis and bachelor’s thesis received top marks. Johanna has also gained practical experience through internships and a work-and-travel stint in New Zealand.
