Christine Bataille

Christine Bataille is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in management and organizational behavior. Since August 2014, Christine has served as a BOLD Faculty Fellow, Chair of the Management Department, and Associate Professor of Management at Ithaca College, where courses taught include Organizational Behavior & Management, Leadership & Collaboration, and Organization Development & Change. Currently on sabbatical, Christine is a Visiting Scholar at the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University for Fall 2023, teaching MGT 462 Leadership & Organization Change while advancing research projects. Previous roles include Sessional Lecturer at McGill University, Independent Professional at a-connect, Director of Product Marketing at WebEx Communications, Senior Product Marketing Manager at Intranets.com, and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Christine holds a PhD in Management with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from McGill University, an MBA in General Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a BA in Finance and Management from Simmons University.
