Donavan Duffus

Donavan Duffus is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Information Technology Service Desk Manager at Ithaca College since March 2018, Donavan has previously held positions as a Senior Client Services Specialist and Service Desk Analyst. Prior experience includes a Help Desk Technician role at Alfred State College, where Donavan provided technical assistance and resolved hardware and software issues, as well as a summer Audio Visual Technician role assisting with technology needs. Earlier career roles include serving as a Residential Assistant at Happiness House and leading as a Print/Plotter Lab Technician at Alfred State College, demonstrating a strong background in technical support and customer service. Donavan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management and an Associate’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Alfred State College.
