Mason Richards

Mason Richards is an accomplished filmmaker and educator, currently serving as the Owner, Executive Producer, and Filmmaker at The AM Creative Agency since October 2008, focusing on creative content that promotes social impact. As a Filmmaker Artist-In-Residence at Ithaca College and an Adjunct Faculty member at Emerson College, Mason teaches advanced filmmaking techniques and creative development, with particular emphasis on diversity in narrative storytelling. Previous roles include producing content for non-profits and educational institutions, lecturing at numerous colleges, and working as a Senior Entertainment Producer for BlackTree Media. Mason holds an MFA in Film Directing from the California Institute of the Arts and a double major BA and BS from Vanderbilt University.
