The Ithacan
Rua Fay is a Phonathon Development Officer at Ithaca College, actively engaged in fundraising for the Alumni and Family Engagement department. In addition to this role, Rua serves as a Club Officer for the Ithaca College Film Society, facilitating weekly film screenings for students. Pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film/Photography/Visual Arts, Rua also holds positions as Editor in Chief for Ithaca College Television and Camera Operator for the ICTV morning talk show. Experience includes acting and deckhand responsibilities for Boston Harbor City Cruises and a media analyst internship at Katch - Entertainment Data. Rua has contributed to multiple film projects, taking on roles such as Head of Sound for the thesis film "Each Other," and Director, Writer, and Cinematographer for the short film "Mouthbreather." Previous employment includes crew member positions at Brattle Theatre and AMC Theatres.
