Nancy Kopans

Nancy Kopans is vice president, general counsel, and secretary of ITHAKA, and oversees the organization’s legal, compliance, and governance needs. She has served on many copyrights and tax-exempt organization committees as well as on boards of directors.

Nancy holds a bachelor of arts in earth sciences from Dartmouth College, a master of arts and master of philosophy in English from Columbia University, and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University.
