Nickolas Williams

Nickolas Williams is an Agile Delivery Lead with nearly a decade of experience in project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving at ITHAKA, Nickolas previously held roles as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, where they managed technology teams and coached on agile practices. With a background in supervising operations at Con-way, Inc. and sales at Mr. Alan's Shoes and Sportswear, they have developed strong leadership and communication skills. Nickolas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
