Sanjivani Kulkarni

Sanjivani Kulkarni has over 20 years of work experience, starting from 1998, with various roles in HR, administration, finance, and accounting. Sanjivani is currently the Head HR & Admin at Ithena Technologies since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager-HR at Sunfire Technology Pvt. Ltd from December 2012 to November 2019. Sanjivani also had a brief stint as an HR at Indicus Software Pvt. Ltd from April 2012 to November 2012. Before that, they served as the Head-Finance & HR at SSRVM Group from June 2011 to February 2012. Sanjivani briefly worked as an Assistant Manager at Soiltech India. Pvt. Ltd. in May 2011. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Accountant at Symbiosis Society from July 2002 to April 2011, an Accountant at Brihans Natural Products, Pune from July 2000 to October 2002, and an Account Assistant at Medinova Digansotic Centre from September 1998 to June 2000.

Sanjivani Kulkarni completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from MIT, Pune in 2012-2013. Prior to this, they pursued an M.Com degree with specialization in Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2008 to 2010. In 2004-2006, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning. Earlier, in 1994-1995, they completed their B.Com degree with specialization in Banking & Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Sanjivani's secondary education includes SSC from Vidyapeeth Highschool in Pune University, which they completed between 1980 and 1990. Sanjivani also holds a Diploma in Yoga Education (D.Y.Ed) with a field of study in Yoga Teacher Training from Yog Vidya Gurukul, which is affiliated with Pune University.
