Bob McDonald is an experienced facilities manager with a robust background in maintaining building properties and equipment across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Facilities Manager at both iTHINK Financial and IBM Southeast Employee Credit Union since March 2016, Bob oversees the operations for branches throughout South Florida. Prior to this, Bob held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Cayco Property Maintenance, focusing on strategic leadership and business operations. Bob's extensive career at Target spanned over two decades, where responsibilities included facility operational support for multiple locations, managing maintenance operations, and ensuring system reliability. Bob's educational background includes studies at Palm Beach State College, Refrigeration Engineering Technical School, and Seafarer’s International Maritime Training School.
