Eileen Caslin

Eileen Caslin, SHRM-CP, has over two decades of experience in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as a Senior HR/HRIS Payroll Analyst at iTHINK Financial since September 2019, Eileen oversees multiple payroll processes using UKG Workforce Ready while ensuring the security of Human Resource Information Systems and personnel files. Prior to this role, Eileen worked at IBM Southeast Credit Union for twenty years as an HR Payroll & HRIS Administrator, where responsibilities included managing payroll processes with Kronos Workforce Ready Suite and Ultimate Software. Eileen holds a High School Diploma in Business/General from Spackenkill High School, obtained in 1991.
