Russell Dulany is currently the Owner and GovCon Consultant at Dulany Financial Consulting, LLC, specializing in small business accounting, bookkeeping, pricing, contract management, process improvement, system implementations, and cost proposal support within the Maryland & Virginia Federal GovCon market. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Shenandoah University and a Master's degree in Contract Management and Acquisition from Strayer University, Russell has a strong background in finance and contracts.
