Todd Parsons

Todd Parsons is a Portfolio Manager at ITility, LLC, where they oversee enterprise-level programs. Previously, Todd served as a Program Manager at Riverside Research and held the role of Senior Executive Advisor at Arlington National Cemetery, leading a team of 415 and managing a $75.8 million budget. They have also contributed significantly to various organizations, including the Civil Air Patrol, where Todd is the CAP Command Chief Master Sergeant, and the Autistics Association of Greater Washington, Inc., where they currently serve as President. Todd is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts at Excelsior University.
