Gonçalo Henriques

Gonçalo Henriques is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Consulting for Retail at itim since January 2020. Prior to this role, Gonçalo worked at Sonae MC from February 2003 to January 2020, holding various positions including Business Analyst for Loss Prevention, where data analysis was utilized to mitigate supply chain losses, and Supply Chain Specialist, responsible for team coordination and logistics of large campaigns. Gonçalo also served as a Supply Chain Technician, managing stock between suppliers and stores, and as an Internal Auditor, focusing on fraud detection and inventory supervision. Gonçalo holds a Post-Graduate Program in Business Intelligence & Analytics from Porto Business School, a Master's degree in Economics and International Management from FEP U. Porto, and a Licenciatura in Economics from the same institution.
