Youssef Fenjiro

Youssef Fenjiro is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT Support & Audit Department at Maroc Telecom since March 2005, overseeing IT and digital project management aimed at optimizing business processes and facilitating change management. Prior to this role, Youssef held various positions at Maroc Telecom, including Project Management Officer and IT Project Manager, as well as roles in development and system administration at Business & Decision. Youssef holds a Master's degree in Automatique from Institut national polytechnique de Lorraine and an Engineering degree in Industrial Computing from ENSEM-INPL. Additionally, Youssef earned a Ph.D. in Data Science & AI with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et d'Analyse des Systèmes - ENSIAS.
