Celina Aguilar

Té Aguilar has a diverse range of work experience, primarily as a Scrum Master. They started their most recent role as a Scrum Master at ITJuana in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Scrum Master and Directly Responsible Individual SM at Enso Fintech from 2020 to 2023. In this position, they focused on promoting agile practices, leading workshops, and improving project processes. Before that, Té worked as a Scrum Master at Yellowme from 2020 to 2021, managing project plans and collaborating with teams. They also gained experience as a Scrum Master Jr. at Grupo G.I.T from 2019 to 2020, where they learned agile frameworks and gathered customer requirements. Té's earlier experience includes roles as a Textile Engineer and Engineering Assistant at Vertical Knits, where they analyzed production systems, managed projects, and tracked product progress. They also completed an internship at Vertical Knits, gaining valuable industry experience.

Té Aguilar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico Nacional de México, Campus Norte, which was completed between 2013 and 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Té Aguilar holds multiple certificates related to Scrum and Agile methodology. These include the Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate (SPOPC™) obtained from CertiProf in January 2022, the Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC®) obtained from CertiProf in August 2021, the Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate (SFPC) obtained from CertiProf in June 2021, the Scrum Fundamentals Certified obtained from Certificación Scrum Master México con ScrumStudy in March 2021, and the Curso Profesional de Scrum obtained from Platzi in February 2021. Té Aguilar also obtained certifications such as Curso de Gestión de Equipos Ágiles and Curso de Fundamentos de Gestión de Proyectos from Platzi in February and December 2020 respectively. Additionally, Té Aguilar acquired knowledge in Scrum and Agile through courses like Scrum Certification Prep +Scrum Master+ Agile Scrum Training from Udemy in August 2019, Basics of Scrum, Agile and Project Delivery from Udemy in June 2019, and Scrum Master + La Revolución Ágil + Liderar Equipos Scrum and Trello en proyectos from Udemy in June 2019.
