Miguel Angel Costa

Miguel Angel Costa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Miguel Angel started their career in 2004 as a Warehouse Manager at C.C.M. Wholesale Distribution, where they efficiently managed all aspects of warehousing operations. Miguel Angel was promoted to Operations Manager at the same company in 2006, during which they developed and implemented warehouse operation protocols.

In 2008, Miguel transitioned to the fitness industry and joined Frederick Athletic Club. Here, they served as a Membership Consultant, generating sales and expanding the client base through outbound calls. Miguel Angel also held the role of Assistant General Manager, where they supervised staff, coordinated schedules, and effectively managed associates.

Miguel then joined Town Sports International in 2010 as a Membership Consultant, achieving top sales rankings and being invited to attend round table meetings with leadership. Miguel Angel also participated in regional management meetings to discuss critical facility operations topics.

In the same year, they joined PureFitness Carlsbad as a Corporate Wellness Representative and later became a Membership Consultant. Their responsibilities included making sales calls, organizing social events, and expanding the client base.

In 2018, Miguel joined iTJuana as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and quickly progressed to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager. As part of the iTJuana Leadership Team, they led talent acquisition efforts for all customers in North American operations, developing recruitment strategies and overseeing full life-cycle recruiting.

Currently, Miguel holds the position of Vice President of Consulting Services & Sr. Talent Acquisition at iTJuana, where they continue to lead talent acquisition efforts and ensure the success of the company's clients in the United States.
