Michael Santana

Michael Santana has over a decade of experience in marketing and customer service. At ITM Channel Marketing, Michael has served as Assistênte de Marketing since January 2013, contributing to various marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Michael worked as Operador de Call Center II at DASA from August 2011 to December 2012, where responsibilities included handling customer inquiries and support. Michael began their professional journey as an intern, serving as Estágiario at CPTM for the entirety of 2010.
