Henrik Kastbjerg

Henrik Kastbjerg has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as CEO of itm8 since July 2018. Henrik is a co-owner and board member at Osbourne Holding, Mojo.Capital, and Mojo Sharing, with a focus on private equity and real estate development in the Malaga region of Spain. Additionally, Henrik holds board member positions at Sotea A/S and Søgemedier A/S and has previously served as chairman for Mentor IT A/S and Miracle 42. From March 2003 to November 2023, Henrik was the CEO and board member of IT Relation A/S. Previously, Henrik worked as an industrial advisor for Adelis Equity Partners. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in commerce and technical disciplines, complemented by leadership training from LMI Danmark.
