Kalina Pasternak

Kalina Pasternak currently serves as the Head of People at ITMAGINATION since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Objectivity from June 2015 to August 2024, where responsibilities spanned People & Culture Director and Senior HR Business Partner positions. Kalina also contributed to Hewlett-Packard from January 2008 to May 2015 as Talent Acquisition Lead, overseeing recruitment strategies and employer branding. Early career experience includes recruitment roles at Tarmac Poland, Europejskie Doradztwo Finansowe, and ING, alongside a foundational position as a Payroll Specialist at Hewlett-Packard. Kalina holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław.
